NO arrests have been made- Suffolk county police department says that Shannan's actions led to her accidental drowning.

Yes I will get the link for you..He had personal expierience with a women he knew that disappeared at the hands of HumanTrafficing..He recently talks about how The Navy Seals are going to step in..This is great news..I will get back with his website..
