Yes I was. I just wanted to inform the group that there are "cleanses" and there are "cleanses. Just like any genre of product.

Bobbie, are you asking about Crystal's post on July 21? I don't know what cleanse she was using. Jeff and I have used the Isagenix cleanse and we agree, it works well. We like their products.

Hi Kay -Which Cleanse is she using? In the Isagenix cleanse systems you don't fast while you cleanse. For starters you'd be advised to do one day a week in which you'll drink 4 oz. of the yummy mineral cleanse (with 4-8 oz. of water) 4 times a day you can also eat a few fruits and a couple of handfuls of almonds and the protein candy like wafers and about 4 of the WONDERFUL tasting IsaDelight chocolates. I now do a cleanse day about once a month and every morning and night I drink an oz. of the Cleanse. You can see what the whole 30 day period consists of on the site www.http://bobbiehorowitz.isagenix.com/us/en/cleanseforlife_new.dhtml.
Now - I don't even think about it. I'm with this company more for the products value than for the business aspect - and it's hard not to attract people to try something you love. I'd check it out. Then you make the decision. Almost nothing is for everybody and I have seen many people who've gotten amazing results from using the Isagenix Cleanse. I do find that direct market companies that succeed, usually make the best products out there. They have to or their associates couldn't talk about them to other people. They don't spend their $$$ for TV advertising. It's word of mouth.

Margoh if you want a smooth forhead you gotta take the needle jab.....but as Babs our newest diva says - get the numbing cream. It works.....sort of...

Did somebody say, "Younger men?" Did I hear "Rabbits?" Most definitely, I belong here. I don't like pain either. Margoh, honey, ask your doc for a numbing cream. Put that on 30 minutes before needle-time, and you won't feel a thing.
