Dragon and beasts helped their supporters to develop mind control weapons, abuse and torture God's people, and also control their followers.
Nazi was the first developer of Mind Control Weapons, later their mind control technologies had spread out to all over the world. More people become followers of the Dragon and the Beast. And More people supported mind control weapons abuses and tortures.
The Dragon's throne is not one king, or one government, or one organization.
If there are government officials or government department who support Dragon spirit, then the Dragon's throne is hiding in government.
Dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.
Human Beings who support mind control weapons abuses and tortures are followers of The Dragon and The Beast.
