While the witness protection program offers complete hiding for those who follow all of the imposed rules, it is hard overall to completely disapper.  There are ways however to make one very difficult to find.

Barb, based upon the interview Vicki did with Frank, it's possible but extremely difficult. You might be interested in listening, as fodder for your writing. This is the link to that archive.  And this link will take you to a complete list for archives for all of Vicki's shows.

I really don't think it's possible for anyone, anymore, to disappear completely and forever. We're in the electronic and media revolution, there's no more hiding.

On April 28 on PI Answers, at 11 a.m. Eastern (8 a.m. Pacific) I will have as my guests Frank Ahearn, author of How to Disappear and David Bond, documentary filmmaker of Erasing David. Frank will explain how you can disappear and erase your digital footprint. www.frankahearn.com. Frank has helped many stalking victims disappear. David will tell about his journey to run, hide, and leave no trail after hiring private investigators to trace his movements and locate him - www.erasingdavid.com. This will be a fascinating show with information that you won't hear anywhere else. You can watch a trailer of Erasing David at the URL above. Come check out the show.

Yesterday on my show Dr. Dan Demers of Intelligenetics, LLC - iglab.info
was on to discuss using DNA in adultery cases and criminal cases. If any readers have situations where DNA has helped you I would love to hear about it. In every criminal case I have worked and in many civil cases DNA has either proven or disproven my case. It is extremely important in today's courts and expected by juries.

This week on my radio show my guest will be Dr. Dan Demers a DNA expert who will answer questions about the use of DNA in paternity, adultery and other cases. If you have questions that you might have, please join our chat during the show or ask them here and I will get answers during the show.

Here is an interesting article. I stress that some states do not allow the use of gps tracking devices. Also, CO is a state that does not license it's Private Investigators. This could be part of the problem.
