TAKE DESICIVE ACTION - NOW

1)    What can you do about it BREATH,

a)    Check in with your breath -

b)    It takes concentration to adjust a natural involuntary process

c)     Breath techniques can calm you, help focus,

Slowly - Breath in  –  Pause –  Exhale  -  Pause,

(again, slower – count to 5 at each step ) Repeat five times, notice if after 3 your body starts to cooperate more fully, it take’s a bit for it to understand what you want to accomplish!!!

We have to work at skills; If we expect to ‘just be able to do it’  we get very disappointed in ourselves and give up before we have even given a process a chance. When we are in EMOTIONAL  Trauma, it seems there is even less – forgiveness, patience, acceptance – when we need it the MOST !

Mindset Formula that works = 5x, 5x aday = calm

Will this fix my problem? NO, but adjusting how you feel about HELP’s allot !

Lisa, again thank you for having me on your radio show. And thank you for the opportunity to share my story with your listeners. The story of an ordinary woman that was used by God to do something extraordinary. Yes, God sees the potential in each one of us, even when we don't see it. I pray and hope my story inspires, encourages and uplifts someone out there.

On Monday, January 17, My guests were Judge David Peterson and Fredericksburg Commonwealth Attorney La Bravia Jenkins who collaborate a team effort for the Rappahannock Regional Juvenile Drug Court.  Judge Peterson is a man of outstanding judicial fairness and a heart of compassion towards the youth of drug court.  During our prep session for the show, he shared with me a beautiful Caim Prayer he wrote for the drug court participants, I want to share it with you.  Please click link: Caim%20Prayer%20by%20David%20Peterson.pdf
