Please Help Me as I am Desperate!

A new member posted this plea for help on the discussion forum (link to her post is below)

She wanted to post the question on this group page, but until her membership in this group is approved by Annette (who is working on a case & not at her computer), the new member is unable to post here.  

So I suggested to her that she post the question on the HWT discussion forum page, and I told her I'd share it here.

Does anybody have any advice for her?  If so, can you please add your comments on the discussion forum she posted?
