- I am married and was (am) the mother of two wonderful children, a daughter and a son. In September of 2007 my precious 22 year old son, Graham, died instantly in a freak accident. He was a senior in college. In a moment, my world changed. I work every day on understanding and acceptance.
A Mother's Tears
This unique collection of poems, written from the depths of a mother’s broken heart, will touch and comfort others suffering the most devastating loss of all, the death of a child. A year and a half after the tragic loss of her son, poetry started flowing through her. The release of her pain and anguish provided through this amazing outpouring helped facilitate her healing, and is offered here to help others heal. Giving words to a grief that has no words, she will touch your heart. Those suffering similar loss will find hope and strength in her poems.

I am with Thia, that is the line that echos most for me and my husband in the movie Rabbit Hole. There is no hope for my heart to heal, it is forever broken.

I heard your show with Donna on Rivers of Faith. My daughter was killed five and a half years ago, just before her High School graduation, I appreciated your poems and your poetry book "A Mothers Tears." My daughter was an artist and she left so much behind and I would like to publish a book of her work someday.
I loved your expression of love for your son, Graham and I look forward to getting to know you. You will love Here Woman Talk Radio...it is a nice outlet for bloggers and poets.
