Creating with Your Eyes Closed

As part of my journaling, which consists of trying to put all the thoughts running through my head on paper, I decided to start rewarding myself after completing 3 pages.



I would jot down a question, then close my eyes and let my pencil move all over the page, creating lines, swirls, circles, squares. If I started to "know" what I was drawing, I either turned the paper upside down or used my other hand to draw.



Finally, I would open my eyes and look for an image or images.… Continue
