- I am the local, home town, girl next door type, and mother of the two most beautiful girls in the world- My life and career choices continuously have me climbing ladders. I may even have career ADD, however, any new venture proves profitable and helpful for all.
Throughout life I experienced many paths with twists and turns, ups and downs, and eventually had, what I call, my "Reverse Moment". Having been an over weight and mostly unhappy person because of it, I decided to do something about it.
My greatest love, other than my family, is working with others to achieve their fullest potential in all areas of life such as weight loss management, personal relationships, career, self growth, business coaching, and consulting.
Tricia Cunningham is a Master Life Coach, Speaker, Author, Media & public Relations Agent.. She holds a Masters Degree in Life Coaching, Holistic Life Coaching Institute & University, AZ .
In the many years of bringing her story and programs to classrooms, groups, audiences and the world, Tricia Cunningham has been featured on the Today Show, Good Morning America, 700 Club, Extra, Inside Edition, Discovery Health, an infomercial with Hugh Downs, local, national, and international news broadcasts. Print media includes a partial list; People, LIFE, Time, Self, First, Woman’s World, Bella, South Carolina Woman, Fitness, SELF, Quick & Simple, and New York Post.
Tricia has given 100’s of local and national radio interviews which led her to her own shows; “Reversing 4 Life” where her fans and clients can call in, ask questions and speak with special guests about health, wellness, and weight loss, politics,and Life issues. Ms. Cunningham currently resides in Myrtle Beach. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, reading, writing, painting, nature, politics and helping others.
