"In 2003 Terry Wahls, M.D., was diagnosed with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and soon became dependent upon a tilt-recline wheelchair. After developing and using the Wahls Protocol, she is now able to walk through the hospital and commute to work by bicycle. She now uses intensive directed nutrition in her primary care and traumatic brain injury clinics. Dr. Wahls is the lead scientist in a clinical trial testing her protocol in others with progressive MS." -http://www.foodmatters.tv/_webapp_514780/How_A_Doctor_Cured_Her_Terminal_Illness_Using_Food_Alone

Thanks, Devin, for sharing the article about seaweed: http://www.buzzle.com/articles/seaweed-health-benefits.html
And I made these notes from the video about foods we should be eating (three cups per plateful; three platefuls a day):
broccoli
cauliflower
brussel sprouts
cabbage
turnips
rudabega
radish
collards
kale
onion
garlic
leeks
chives
shallots
mushrooms
asparagus
kale (worth mentioning twice)
Fruit & veg with lots of color - beets, carrots, peppers, red cabbage
peaches & oranges
colorful berries
Plus eat plenty of omega 3 fatty acids - found in wild fish such as salmon
seaweed - eat 1x week minimum
